All products distributed by Nordal Enterprises Inc. dba: SaltWater-PoolSystems.com is accompanied by a full manufacturers warranty and if a defective product exists we direct you to the warranty information that is included in your shipment. If you require further information please contact our customer service department via email under "contact us" on our home page.
Internet Pricing:
SaltWater-PoolSystems.com discourages the marketing and selling of products below wholesale cost or Minimum Advertise Pricing (MAP) as some of our competitors are doing via non-industry websites, and we encourage you not to support this practice as it affects the integrity of the products, and could affect the manufacturers warranty and support. Please research the products you are purchasing by visiting the manufacturer websites to educate yourself about the products you need for your pool and spa. Some products and pool systems offered on SaltWater-PoolSystems.com include free UPS ground shipping within the continental USA and this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Return Policy:
(Must Inform Our Office For Return Instructions - 951-927-7787)To insure our customers are able to return unused, damaged, uninstalled or defective products upon arrival, we will gladly accept returns of damaged, defective, unused and/or uninstalled equipment within 15 business days of receipt of the equipment (not applicable to special orders). We will reimburse you for shipping if the equipment is damaged or defective upon arrival and no replacement product can be reshipped or you do not want a replacement product.
Meaning, if you do not want us to reship a replacement product for a damaged or defective product that you received, then your shipping charges and product charges will be credited to your credit card. (Please see" Crediting Your Account" below) If you want a replacement product then the identical product will be reshipped and no additional charges will be incurred.
NOTE: If you ordered the wrong product or you decide during transit that you don't want the product then you are responsible for the return shipping cost and insurance of the merchandise to either our location or to the location of the supplier based upon our shipping directions sent to you via email. Additionally, there may be a 10-50% restocking fee depending on the supplier for return of unused or unwanted product.RETURN SHIPPING DAMAGE: No Insurance = No Exchange (no exceptions)
If a product does not perform as designed then please contact the Manufacturer and follow their Technical Service and Warranty Department instructions. If the product cannot be fixed via the Manufacturer then please have the Manufacturer email, fax, or call SaltWater-PoolSystems.com so we can get permission to take back used product. Absent permission from the Manufacturer or our Suppliers we cannot take back installed and used product.
NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CHEMICALS.POST 15 DAY RETURN POLICY: After 15 business days, you are solely responsible for shipping the merchandise at your expense to the manufacturer or our supplier, unless you have obtained a written waiver of this policy by the manufacturer or an agent or representative of SaltWater-PoolSystems.com. Please follow the directions for return shipping that is included with your shipment.
Note: All returns must be sent via FED EX or UPS and we recommend insuring your returns. SaltWater-PoolSystems.com is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments that are being returned to our office or our suppliers warehouse. Customer must file all related claims for damage with the shipping companyInstalled, Damaged or Defective Products:
If the merchandise has been installed or improperly installed and damaged as a result then you are to deal with the manufacturer directly in order to solve this issue. If a product has been installed improperly by a pool service company the pool service company is liable for that damage and we encourage you to seek a remedy with that service. SaltWater-PoolSystems.com will not replace a product damaged by a pool serviceman. Contact the manufacturer if the aforementioned occurs to seek a remedy or to locate an authorized installer in your area.
If your shipment arrives damaged and it is clear that the shipping company damaged the product, please contact us at sales@neicommerce.com so we can put a claim in with the shipping company, and resend a new product to your location.
Return Shipping Procedures:
Special Orders: (VERY IMPORTANT)
Special orders cannot be returned unless a Manufacturing Defect exists that prevents the product from being used as designed. If a Special Order item is defective then you must contact the Manufacturer and SaltWater-PoolSystems.com within 5 business days of receipt for return or replacement procedures. Special Orders (indicated in the brief and long description of the product) are ordered specifically for your application and cannot be returned without Manufacturer written authorization because their application is specific for your intended use.
If you decide you do not want your Special Ordered Product you must contact the manufacturer and get written permission for the special ordered product to be returned through SaltWater-PoolSystems.com as we cannot accept used, unused, installed or defective Special Ordered Products without the Manufacturers written authorization to SaltWater-PoolSystems.com authorizing the return.
You can contact our office directly to see if the Manufacturer will accept, uninstalled or unused special ordered products, but most Manufacturers will not accept returns on special order items absent a defect or written permission from the manufacturer. If you ordered the wrong product (special order) then you are responsible for supplying our office a written authorization from the Manufacturer allowing the return, the cost of shipping the product back to our supplier's warehouse, a10-50% restocking fee, and the cost to reship the correct product.
Crediting your Account:
Upon inspection of the returned product, your account will be credited in the full amount less any applicable charges. Please allow 10 business days for refunds to be credited to your account.

Additionally, please research and educate yourself that the products you are ordering along with the shipping charges apply to your buying needs and budget. Note: A Handling, Shipping or Special Order Surcharge will be charged and displayed on ALL orders that apply to the designated fee. This fee is applied to cover expenses incurred by www.SaltWater-PoolSystems.com, in the processing of your order.Please refer to our technical service department for recommendations and/or a pool service technician in your area. Please confirm the information you entered into our customer database is accurate including your full name, billing and shipping address if different, credit card information, email address and other related information.
Pricing:
Nordal Enterprises International Inc. dba: SaltWater-PoolSystems.com strives to obtain the best deals on all products available through our website service. Due to certain market conditions, products, pricing, and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Due to current fuel prices, shipping charges, product pricing and other costs of doing business have risen 5-10% and therefore you will notice a change in pricing on our website when the aforemention occurs within the market place. We have done our best to cushion the increase in costs and related prices, but in order for us to conduct business profitably and remain viable we must keep up with inflation to offset inflated costs. We will strive to offer the best pricing available through our nationwide network of wholesale suppliers and to continue providing excellent customer service that separates us from our competitors.
Products:
Due to market conditions and products being redesigned or improved for the following year it is possible that the product(s) you ordered may have been redesigned or upgraded in quality and functionality. A product substitution may be necessary and would be equal or greater value to the item ordered and of equal quality and functionality. Our office will notify you if this happens and will correct any issues that result from any change to products offered through our website. Pictures and product pricing may change from year to year to reflect design upgrades or changes in functionality to all products represented. If a product is out of stock at the time of your order our office we contact you immediately to offer you a remedy or another solution. Items not in stock or are Special Order will be duly noted in the product description.
International Orders (Outside Continental United States and Canada)
All International orders are subject to a $75.00 minimum order and we will check with you via email as to the applicable shipping costs before shipment. The customer is responsible for customs and duty charges. All products shipped outside the USA may not be supported by the Manufacturer Warranty. Meaning, if you order a product for International shipment and the product does not perform as designed, is damaged, is the wrong product, or does not conform to your specifications, then you are stuck with that product absent written permission from the Manufacturer allowing our office to take back the product. Products damaged by shipment can be replaced if a Shipping Insurance Policy was purchased for that product then an exchange can be supported. No insurance= No exchange.
If you ordered the wrong product then you are liable for shipping that product back to Poolsupplydeals.com at your expense with Insurance to protect that product and a $50 handling fee will applied. If a Manufacturer Defect is present then you are to contact the Manufacturer for replacement procedures. If you install the product and it does not perform as designed then you are to contact the Manufacturer. Our office can only take back International Orders if the Manufacturer gives Poolsupplydeals.com written permission to take back an International Order. You, the customers is responsible for contacting the Manufacturer and obtaining written permission for Poolsupplydeals.com to take back an International Order. SaltWater-PoolSystems.com must receive permission direct from the Manufacturer in writing via email or parcel post signed and dated by a Manufacturer Representative.
We do not ship to Russia, Middle East, Africa or North Korea.
International Orders Payment Schedule:
All international orders will not be shipped unless payment is received via Wire Transfer, Western Union ($50.00 service fee), Money Order, Cashiers Check, or an USA Established Bank Credit Card (preapproved).
Continental United States Orders including Alaska and Hawaii:
All orders will be shipped UPS or Fed Ex ground or air (Hawaii/Alaska) unless otherwise specified. Orders will be filled within 24 -48 hours based upon inventory and shipped to your destination and received within 2-15 business days depending on your location. Acts of god or nature may affect this time frame.
Overnight Shipping: SaltWater-PoolSystems.com offers overnight shipping on most of the products listed within our website. The following guidelines will help us to process your overnight shipment. In order for a product to be shipped over night as the same day as your order, the following must occur:
